The Obama and Black Caucus

1. The black caucus is a organization that cares about the African American community.
This organization are made up of African American citizens that are concerned with the black community. This organization was formed in the 1970.The black caucus or the BCALA, the Black Caucus American Library Association have had many meetings with the president before with former president George bush. Actually this organization met with George Bush three times in eight years. Unfortunately George was not on the same page as the BCALA.
2. 3.The nature of this meeting was for Obama to hear some of the problems of the lower class African American citizens . Also this meeting was for Obama to hear some of the conflicts that many African Americans. Like health care and civil rights the BCALA also are concerned with foreign rights too.
4. The black caucus would like Obama to taken many issues. Such as civil rights like some of the acts Obama are doing now. Also judicial nomination and taxes economy. And these are just some of the many issues that are brought to Obama's eye's.
5. I think that the relationship is a very strong friend bond. I believe that maybe that Obama can see were they are coming from and understand them. I would like to hope that Obama appreciates their care for the organizations concerns and considers them.

Teachers Essay

      Greeting to the new teacher of  social studies of nmtcs. You may not know me ,but I have a few tips for you to use to have a productive trimester with me. Like different tips to help you keep me focused and pay attention in the classroom. An even possibly obtain a friendship with you.

       One of some of the traits that teachers have that causes me to loose focus in class is the tone of the teachers voice . The tone of the speaker or teachers voice is very crucial. For the reason that is, a heavy tone  or just the inflation of the tone can draw my attention.  A flat tone of the voice is very boring looses my attention very fast. In some cases a flat toned voice could result in a remembering looses of the lesson. Just the simple change of the tone can keep me focus and read for the next lesson.

         Also one of the things that many teachers do that case a lot of problems.

Is the great amount of money that some give in the small amount of days to do it in. When my brain is overwhelming with large amount of work I receive headaches. These headaches last about three to four days during this period I'm to rest it off which pulls me away from my work. This act cases me to fall behind in class and endangers me of failing. It would be most gracious        if you did not put a lot pressure on your students.

                     A great tip on how to have a great trimester with me is pep talk .The positive energy and the sound of saying great job inspire me to do better. These comment shows me that what I'm doing is right and to take the next step. Many teachers try this to encourage the students to do better and its very encouraging to me.

Stimulus package

1. The stimulus package is a bill written by president Obama, to stimulate the economy

meaning to balance the economy out and keep from going in to another great depression. Over the years the economy of the U.S.A has been dropping . From the foolish acts of the United States former president George Bush by only helping the wealthy instead of the poor.The reason for this package is to get the economy out the state of recession which is that state that that our economy is in now. This package will keep the economy away from another great depression like the one after world war 1.

2. Their were many agreements and disagreements during this conference of the stimulus package. One agreement on this that this package is that Obama's plan, sounds promising and could possibly be the plan that could work . Also this package could bring employment rate higher than it is now. One of the disagreements

is that this is great amount of money is way to much to risk loosing . And many of the politicians are wondering how was he planing to get all of the money.

3. The spending details in the stimulus package is 275 billion in tax relief. The money will be spent by businesses receiving bonuses for new plants and equipment. Since this money is being given back to the low budget businesses. This package will give money back to the businesses that had to make cuts on employees.

4. Some areas Obama emphasized on the video were, the result of this package and how it will save jobs. He said that he realized this package is a lot of money to ask for. And that many of the politicians don't agree but he believe this plan will work. An throughout the videos he states that this should be done, because this is a plan that could save the economy and stop it from getting worst and in a simple way he is stating this package is a plan that work and its better to have a plan that could work than not have a plan at all.

5. I feel this package will help African American by helping them get out of lower middle class to middle class . For the fact that there are many African American people in lower

or lower middle class. Also I do believe that racism and gender bias will make a difference that many people believe that a man is a provider and a woman should not need that much money.

And there will always be some one who believes that some one is inferior to someone less.

Great Idea!!!

My name is Shavon Ned I am the parent of Evan Ned. I think this was a wonderful idea . It allowed the children to share their ancestry with others while also showing their creative side. I think this was a very  innovative idea of allowing the children to think for themselves and to research their ancestry. I also liked the concept of analyzing the songs. These projects and others like them will help Evan to develop excellent writing and creative skills. Thank you Mothuri Mukasi for challenging my son and the other children in this class. Obama's way

   My feeling on Obama's motions is that I agree with some things and others I don't.

 Like woman getting payed less money from their jobs ,because of their sex. 

Women should be payed the same amount of money that a men would get for

 doing the same job in the same time that it is done in. For the fact that women 

are the back bone of this country with out them, human life will cease to exist. Also 

that a women face the same problems men do in the business world and to give 

them a lack of money for their gender is just barbaric. Now on Obama's belief on gay 

benefits I have to disagree, I don't believe that a man or woman should get benefits 

because, their gay. I mean what about the non-gay citizens will they get benefit when 

married. It seem like he is saying that since you are gay here is money. How ever I do

 believe that gay people should be able to get married for the fact that love is a 

powerful thing and can not be controlled. Who are we  to tell anyone who to get

 married to. An even though I'm not gay my self . I do believe gays should get married 

but, gay benefits no I have to disagree.

My great grandfather love to garden and planting things like strawberries as the one in the picture.I think that my interest in plants came from him because his love of grow things.

The Picture below is probably one of the most famous 

things my great grandfather did to entertain himself by listen to jazz artist like

Louis Armstrong. I believe because of his life on the farm the radio was possibly 

the least he could have done to entertain himself.

As you see my great grandfather lived on 

a farm. The picture below is a farm house that represents a place were Carlton  may 

have lived in. In his years in the north carolina farm houses.
