
Stress is a state of mind were your is working too hard which sometimes cause unusual behavior. Somethings that causes stress is loud nosies and disobedience. Sometimes to handle stress is to get away from it and claim down. Away of releasing stress negatively,are by fighting or the abuse of drugs. Curiosity of grades caution what is to come in life in high school. Per pressure is a big stress maker in the teen years and between boys and girls. Their are many way to receive stress. Stress come in many ways positive and negative. From ages five and up to how ever long you live.
When you are five through eleven a great amount of stress will come upon you. For example the harder work in school you will experience in your success to a higher grade . Fighting with bully's and many other things like that could causes stress . During these years your mind is mostly on one thing how to get life back to getting baby fed again. And life will become stressful when you must get things for your self. Also its get even more stressful when your parents leave you to walk independently not as independent as a young adult like eighteen but, enough to show you that you will not get babied anymore. Although this sounds bad but you will experience positive stress like excise when you wish to become a fit young person when are older or train for a career you wish to pursuit such as boxing or dancing.
Between the ages twelve and sixteen the amount stress will double. During these ages your faced with many things such as puberty and and parent stress. When first stated you will experience puberty is a period of becoming of age were you will break out in bumps on your face and many embarrassing things like the changing of tone in voice and the stress will become very over whelming for the wanting of cream that is very high priced to receive for your face. Also you would have the stress of parents. Your parents will talking to you about when are you start washing your clothes or to get a job an even get your permit to drive. In all this stress there is is positive stress like practicing your driving to get you license or the search of clothe when washing them.
From seventeen to twenty-five the amount of stress triples you are excepted to get a job and move out of your parents home and find your own place to live. And get a job to feed your self . Also in these years of age you must make a choice to go to collage or find work and do what he can to survive. You must pay bills to keep your home in the best shape it can be in. Another big problem that would cause major stress is having kids. Raising children are a major cause of stress. Even in the darkest clouds there is light. With all this negative stress their is positive stress like working overtime. The effects of overtime can put more money in your pocket for fun or the stress of delaying gratification to buy what you want.
From your prime years of twenties become thirty and forty their is where your stress sky rockets. This is the period were your body is not what it once was . Which means as you get hurt your body will not heal as fast as it would. Which could cause great amount of stress because bill from doctors and days of of work that you would have to make up. An also your body can be exsposed to more sicknesses. Which you could lose more money from paying the hospiutial bills .An even though the stress increase so does the positive stress,like the stress of keeping a diet to stay heatlhy. Or even the stress of worjing and saving money for your retirement .
Their are many effects of stress in life positive and negative but the key thing is to learn how to release it in a constructive way
